Who Should Attend?

Stanford Executive Program is designed for senior leaders. SEP seeks individuals ready to think differently, push boundaries, and transform and grow as a leader and a person.

  • Senior executives who are responsible for their organization’s performance and are in a position to impact change.
  • Executives with a minimum of 18 years of professional experience and hold significant leadership responsibility within their organizations.
  • Executives in roles that are equivalent to C-suite levels, executive vice president, or managing director.
  • C-suite level executives at small to midsize and organizations that have significant growth opportunities.

What format is right for you?

SEP is offered in two formats: in-person and hybrid. Both formats feature the same content and opportunities to learn, interact, and grow, but are structured differently to accommodate your availability and work-life demands.


SEP Full Time (In-Person)
This in-person format offers 6 consecutive weeks on campus at Stanford University.

Program Dates:
June 19, 2026 – August 1, 2026 (on campus)


SEP Flex (Hybrid)
This hybrid format offers 2 weeks on campus, 10 weeks live online, and 2 additional weeks on campus.

Program Dates:
October 24, 2026 – February 13, 2027

Module 1: October 24, 2026- November 7, 2026 (on campus)
Module 2: November 9, 2026- January 30, 2027 (live online)
Module 3: January 31- February 1- 13, 2027 (on campus)
